If you are purchasing a Players Card as a gift, include the recipient's full name and email in the Cardholder Name and Cardholder Email Address fields. Please also include their phone number and mailing address in the Additional Information section so we can assign the card to the correct account. If the recipient has an existing Players Card, you may also include their Players Card number.
If you would like to purchase a gift card as a gift and would like to have the gift card mailed to the recipient, please include their full name and mailing address on the product page. We do not offer e-gift cards at this time and all gift card recipients will receive a physical gift card.
