Players Cards can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they have not been used. Extensions may be granted for medical reasons.
Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if no complimentary rounds or card benefits have been used. After 30 days, all Players Card sales are final. If you’re unable to use your card as a result of a health issue, extensions may be granted with a doctor’s note. Please fill out our contact form to request a medical extension.
