Why am I not receiving alerts or finding the tee time I want?

If you’re not receiving alerts or can’t find your desired tee time, here’s how to fix it.

If you’re not receiving notifications, ensure your contact details (phone number and/or email address) are correct and up to date. Check your spam or junk email folders, as alerts might have been filtered there. Additionally, ensure your notification settings are configured correctly.

If your preferred tee time isn’t available, don’t worry! Noteefy will continue searching for a match and notify you when one becomes available. You can also adjust your search preferences, like the time or date, to improve your chances of finding an available tee time.
